It was but a year ago that San Antonio was finally introduced to Peruvia Nikkei and Chifa cuisine by way of Botika. The Geronimo Lopez-helmed restaurant that opened inside the former home of Arcade Midtown Kitchen will celebrate turning one this Wednesday.
The festivities include all-day happy hour offering including $1 empanadas, $1.50 Shiner Light, $5 gyozas, $5 eggrolls and half-off wine.
Botika will open 11:30 a.m. to midnight.
