Made using mint leaves, cumin powder, jaggery powder, sendha namak and water, this juice recipe is perfect to be enjoyed on a hot summer afternoon and will help you beat the scorching heat of the sun. You can garnish this beverage recipe with a lemon slice and some fresh mint leaves to make it even more tempting. How to make Mint Juice

  • Step 1

    To prepare this juice recipe, wash the mint leaves under running water and chop them roughly. Now, add these leaves in a blender jar and blend on high speed. Once done, add the jaggery powder, cumin powder, sendha namak and water in it. Blend it again on high speed.

  • Step 2

    Once done, pass it through a seive into glasses containing ice cubes. Garnish with a lemon slice to enjoy!
