To prepare this mocktail recipe, slice the peaches thinly with their peel on and finely chop the ginger. Now, keep aside 4-5 slices of peaches and put the rest along with chopped ginger in pan. Place the pan over medium flame and add sugar in it. Let the sugar melt and add water in it. Mix the ingredients well.
Now, transfer the ingredients in a blender jar. Blend the ingredients until smooth. Take 4 tablespoon of the ginger-peaches mixture and add it to a glass. Top it up with lemonade, remaining peach slices and some ice cubes. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve immediately to enjoy!
