The four-day festival kicks off at 11am with almost 100 stalls selling everything from artisan ice cream to Yorkshire hot dogs.
Food will range from Mexican quesadillas, Indian street food, pork pies, hoisin duck wraps and Spanish churros.
There will also be locally-brewed beers, meads, cocktails and soft drinks.
Many stalls will be selling artisan products to take away, including speciality cheeses, pickles, wines, cupcakes and bottles of Yorkshire gin.
While there’s a feast in store for carnivores, some stalls do promise vegetarian and vegan foods.
Lots of the stalls and events will be based in St George’s Square but there are also a number of ‘fringe’ events happening all over the town.
The festival runs from 11am until 9pm on Thursday, 10am until 10pm Friday and Saturday and then 10.30am until 5.30pm on the final day.
