Life coaches stress upon a concern over employees’ well being, outside of the office hours. With work-life balance as a key focus in the corporate work culture now, this emphasis on concern for ‘me time’, mental health, constructive, open communication and healthy inter-personal relations is at an all time high. The act of avoiding water cooler chats, but engaging in deep meaningful conversations and showing concern over a cup of coffee, giving a shoulder to cry on or extending a helping hand — all in a day’s work, will perhaps be more useful as a team building exercise, than a away day!
