2 tablespoons greater-virgin olive oil
1 medium yellow onion, diced
2 carrots, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
1 cup zucchini, diced
1 cup yellow squash, diced
4 garlic cloves, pressed
1/four teaspoon dried thyme
half teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon pink pepper flakes
4 cups unsalted hen broth
2 (15 ounces.) cans cannellini beans, tired and rinsed
1 (14.5 ounces.) can no salt delivered diced tomatoes
2 cups kale, chopped (ribs eliminated)
three teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 half teaspoons Truvía® natural Sweetener Spoonable
five teaspoons white wine vinegar
preparation

1. warmth greater-virgin olive oil in a massive Dutch oven over medium-high warmth. upload onion, carrots, celery, zucchini, and squash. Sauté for 5 mins.

2. upload garlic, crimson pepper flakes, thyme, and rosemary. Stir to combine. prepare dinner for anotherminute.

3. add broth, beans, and tomatoes. Stir to combine.

four. carry to a boil over high warmth, add kale, and stir to mix. reduce heat to low, cowl, and simmer for 15 mins.
