It becomes hard to differentiate between a kebab and shawarma because of their similar aromas and tastes. Now the question is, what’s the difference? Here are some interesting differences between the two, which will also help you find out which is a healthier option.

Kebab is a combination of ground meat, flour or bread crumbs, and various spices cooked on a frying pan or in a grill or tandoor, whereas shawarma is a variant of kebab and is prepared from meat that is roasted vertically.
