SCONES
1 huge egg
1/3 cup melted butter or canola oil
2 tablespoons Truvía® Baking mixture
half of cup undeniable Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 cups white complete wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
half of teaspoon salt
1/four teaspoon floor ginger
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
2 tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger
TOPPING
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 tablespoon Truvía® Baking combo

1. Preheat oven to four hundred°F.

2. In huge bowl, whisk egg, oil, Truvía® Baking combination, yogurt and a couple of Tbsp. orange juice.

3. In small bowl, integrate flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Stir flour into liquid mixture, blending untildough clings collectively. Stir in orange peel and ginger.

4. On floured floor, toss dough lightly with additional flour until no longer sticky. Knead 12 to fifteeninstances.
