Made using chicken, peaches, pineapple juice, red chilli sauce, garlic, soya sauce, salt, onion and capsicum, this appetizer recipe is the best way to get any party started. You can prepare the marination for this snack recipe a day in advance and marinate the chicken along with onion and capsicum overnight to enhance its flavors. As a non-vegetarian recipe, it is aptly crafted for special occasions like kitty parties, buffets, game nights and family get-togethers and will definitely leave everyone astounded with its zesty flavors.   • How to make Peach and Pineapple Glazed Chicken Skewers

    • Step 1

      To prepare this snack recipe, Place a saucepan over medium flame and heat pineapple juice, peach slices, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, salt and minced garlic. Bring to a boil and season with salt to taste. Allow it to simmer on low flame for about 10 minutes or till it turns thick. Once done, turn off the heat.

    • Step 2

      Transfer the pineapple-peach mixture in a blender jar and blend to make a smooth sauce. Transfer half of it in a bowl and reserve half of this glaze for later. Marinate the chicken pieces in the sauce overnight or for at least 1 hour. Skewer the chicken pieces with capsicum and onion. Meanwhile, preheat the grill. Brush the grill with refined oil. Place the skewers directly on grill and cook for 6-8 minutes.

      Place the skewers directly on grill and cook for 6-8 minutes. Turn it over and continue cooking another 6-8 minutes. Slather the chicken with the remaining fruit glaze and continue cooking for another 2-4 minutes until done. Once done, transfer the skewers on a platter and serve these with a dip of your choice!
