  • 4 ripe peaches or nectarines
  • 1 tsp. melted butter
  • 25 g. chopped hazelnuts
  • 15 g. plain chocolate, finely chopped


  1. Halve and stone the peaches or nectarines and brush lightly with the melted butter.
  2. Cook the fruit halves in a hot griddle pan for 5 minutes on each side until softened and golden.
  3. Divide among small serving plates and scatter over the hazelnuts and plain chocolate while warm.
