2 tablespoons sparkling lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 1/2 teaspoons grated sparkling ginger
1 teaspoon turmeric
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 three/4 pounds chook tenders
1 teaspoon honey
6 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon overwhelmed pink pepper flakes
1 seedless English cucumber, shaved with a vegetable peeler lengthwise into ribbons (about three cups)
half cup unsalted peanuts
three tablespoons chopped cilantro

1. three. put off fowl from bag; discard marinade. Thread 1 piece of bird on each bamboo skewer. Grill fowl, turning, till golden brown and cooked thru, approximately eight minutes. Drain cucumber ribbons. Servechook skewers with sauce, cucumber ribbons, lime wedges, and rice, if favored.
