Ingredients
- half punnet of blackberries
- 1 raw beetroot
- 1 cm ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
- apple juice
Directions
- Scrub a raw beetroot well and trim away any roots and stalks, roughly chop and put it into a blender or smoothie maker.
- Add half a punnet of blackberries and ginger then top up with apple juice.
- Whizz until smooth.
- Add a little more apple juice or water to dilute, if it’s too thick.
